Specifics: Twice per day, a Disciple of Mephistopheles can produce an effect identical to that of the Hellfire Storm spell cast by a 15th-level caster.
The spell in question is identical to Hellfire, except it has a larger: range and radius, plus it causes 5d6 diabolic fire damage.
